I allowed myself to broke one of my rules tasting a new bean to bar chocolate maker creation. He's new in the chocolate scene, but serius, full of passion and well trained. I wish him good luck in this scenario. This bar has yuzu first palate note then fragant woods, spicy coffee in the central part, grapefruit and ibiscus final aromatic note.
