Quite an unusual sensation in this chocolate bar, rather sweet and smooth for 85%. May be this sensation is due to a long conching proces that not permit to revele flavor notes too clearly. A light Kumquat acidity, a central pecan nut note and a little ginger in the end mouthfeel.
