This chocolate bar is one of the fourth limited editions bars that Fruition produced with peruvian cacoa . Is an interesting way to detect clearly how many differences it is possible to taste in a peruvian cocoa harverst from different regions.  In this chocolate bar i first perceive a mimosa note followed by a pleasent apricot, green tea and umani then, and a final note of hazelnut and cream. it seems to me that it doesn't have a long aftertaste but i consider a very pleasent chocolate indeed.
