I will never be tired to repete that every harvest , every cocoa is different when is correctly and respectfully processed. Every taste of chocolate that comes from the same country could be different due to the specific cocoa origin or to the producer. This chocolate bar remainds me gentian notes, bluberry, aromatic woody sensations, rasberry jam, black currant and a delicate final note of black pepper.
