This chocolate deserves a different approach as it is made of cocoa butter rather than cocoa. The aroma is brought about by the Gyokuro tea, a special tea, green, from a small very regimented production which is only done in Japan. Very creamy and meltable, very intense on the palate.
Accents of fresh herbs and umami, which are typical flavors from the best Japanese teas.
